ネオン管の光がにじんだ感じを描いてみました。これはもう、誰でも思い付くような方法なので、あえて紹介するほどのものではないのですが、こういうのを描いてみると、コンピューターって便利だなあと、しみじみ思います。

I tried to create the feeling that the lights from neon tubes are blurring. This is a method that anyone can come up with, so it's not worth introducing, but when I try to draw something like this, I am reminded of how convenient computers are.
Software used : Fractal Design Painter 4.0.3
First, draw a picture of neon tubes.
Next, draw blurrd lights on each floater. I mainly used Thin Stroke of the Airbrush tool. Instead of drawing them by hand, you can also create them by blurring the image of neon tubes in (a).
このフローターは、コントロールパレットで Composite Method を Lighten にすると、もとのネオンと重ねたとき光った感じになります。
If you set the "Composite Method" to "Lighten" on the Controls palette, this floater will look like it glows when layered with the original neon tubes.
Layer (a) and (b) together to complete.
にじみの程度は、コントロールパレットの Opacity で調節します。赤い文字は50%、緑の文字は70%、水色の文字は100%で重ねています。
You can adjust the degree of blurring with "Opacity" on the Controls palette. In this example, red text is adjusted to 50%, green text to 70%, and light blue text to 100%.
